These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 966pak website located at https://966pak.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications offered by 966pak (collectively, the "Platform"). 966pak is an English-language online gaming information and platform site targeting Pakistani users.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, accepting any bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 966pak reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

By accessing the Platform in any manner, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator or applicable licensing jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and not on behalf of a third party;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction and have independently verified that your use of the Platform is lawful;
• All information provided by you during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is accurate, current and complete;
• You will notify 966pak promptly of any change to your personal circumstances that may affect your eligibility to use the Platform.

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted. Users must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria prior to registering an account:

• Age: You must be aged 18 or above — or such higher minimum age as required by the operator/license jurisdiction — at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
• Jurisdiction: You must independently verify that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not represent that its services are legal under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own legal risk.
• One Account Rule: Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without refund of any bonus funds.
• Employees and Affiliates: Employees, contractors, agents of the operator, and their immediate family members are not eligible to register or maintain an Account.
• Self-Excluded Users: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform operated under the same group are not eligible to register or maintain an active Account.

966pak reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (such as a valid CNIC or passport), proof of address and bank statements. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the operator may result in account suspension.

To access the full features of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information as requested. You agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information as required by the registration form;
• Maintain and promptly update your account details to keep them accurate at all times;
• Keep your password and account login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security;
• Accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

966pak will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations described above. Where the operator reasonably suspects that account credentials have been compromised, it may suspend the account pending identity verification.

All financial transactions on the Platform — including deposits, withdrawals and bonus-related transfers — are processed in accordance with the operator's cashier policies. The following general conditions apply:

• Deposit Methods: Available deposit methods may include local references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other providers, as well as cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT). Actual availability is subject to the operator's current cashier configuration. Payment provider names are familiar local references only and do not imply endorsement of gambling by those providers.

• All bonus amounts displayed on the Platform are illustrative examples only, clearly labelled as such, unless confirmed as live verified promotions by the operator at the time of display;
• Bonuses are only available to Users who have met the account eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms;

• 966pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, including the right to reverse bonus funds where abuse or manipulation is suspected.

Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover conditions) define the minimum total betting activity a User must complete before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Key principles are:

• Calculation: The wagering requirement is typically expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., 30× means a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in cumulative qualifying bets — these are illustrative examples only);
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino or sports bets may contribute at lower rates or may be excluded. Verify contribution rates at the operator's promotion page;
• Expiry: Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional period specified (e.g., 30 days from activation as an example). Failure to complete wagering within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings;

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 966pak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may:

• Browse informational content about sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino and responsible gambling topics;
• Register and maintain a single account for personal wagering activities, subject to applicable eligibility requirements;
• Use the cashier to make deposits and submit withdrawal requests in accordance with the operator's cashier policies;
• Access responsible gambling tools, including deposit limits, self-exclusion and session controls, through your account settings.

Any use of the Platform beyond the scope of this licence is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, or both.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, reporting to relevant authorities and/or civil or criminal legal proceedings:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in circumventing the single-account restriction;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are a minor, a self-excluded individual, or a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, identity theft, payment fraud or exploitation of system errors;
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not authorised by 966pak;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise exploit the Platform's source code, systems or databases;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or for any purpose related to criminal enterprises;
• Abusing any technical fault, error, malfunction or delay in the Platform to gain a financial advantage not otherwise intended by the operator.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, game content and the overall layout and design — is the property of 966pak or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of 966pak. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property rights.

You retain ownership of any personal data you submit to the Platform, subject to the rights granted to us under the Privacy Policy. You grant 966pak a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store and process such data for the purposes of providing the Platform's services to you.

966pak is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means of generating income or addressing financial hardship. The following provisions form part of the Platform's responsible gambling framework:

• Adults Only: The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 or above — or such higher minimum age as required by the operator/license jurisdiction. Being 18+ does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan; local laws may restrict or prohibit gambling activities;
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases may be subject to a cooling-off period;

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 966pak and its officers, directors, employees, licensors and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses, whether arising from wagering, technical faults, delayed transactions or any other cause;
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions or delays in operation, transmission or communication failure;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on illustrative figures, example bonus amounts or example RTP ranges published on the Platform;
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 966pak does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the operator's official licensing documentation. Users are encouraged to review the operator's licensing information directly.

For Pakistani users: 966pak does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law, nor does it represent that Pakistan courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of the Platform. 966pak reserves the right to amend, update or replace any portion of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and, where practicable, provide notice through the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately.

966pak may also, from time to time, introduce supplementary terms applicable to specific Platform features, promotions or game types. Such supplementary terms will be displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and shall be read in conjunction with these Terms.
